Here you have video and lyrics from Bruno Mars.. enjoy it!

 COUNT ON ME
If you ever find yourself in the middle of the sea
i'll sail the world to find you
if you ever find yourself lost in the dark and you can't see
i'll be the light to guide you
find out what we're made of
when we are called to help our friends in need

you can count on me like one, two, three
i'll be there
and i know when i need it
i can count on you like four, three, two
and you'll be there
cos that's what friends are suppose to do
oh yeah

if you're tossing and you're turning and you just can't fall asleep
i'll sing a song beside you
and if you ever forget how much you mean to me
everyday i will remind you
find out what we're made of
when we are called to help our friends in need

you can count on me like one, two, three
i'll be there
and i know when i need it
i can count on you like four, three, two
and you'll be there
cos that's what friends are suppose to do
oh yeah

you'll always have my shoulder when you cry
i'll never let go, never say good-bye

you know you can count on me like one, two, three
i'll be there
and i know when i need it
i can count on you like four, three, two
and you'll be there
cos that's what friends are suppose to do
oh yeah
you can count on me cos i can count on you

2º ESO Unit 1: Reggae

Reggae
Reggae is a music genre first developed in Jamaica in 1960. It has its origins in ska, jazz, gospel and rhythm and blues (R&B) music.
Reggae is based on a rhythmic style characterized by accents on the off-beat*; it usually accents the second and fourth beat* in each bar*.
The typical instruments used in the reggae are guitar, bass, drums, keyboards and brass* instruments, and of course voices.
Bob Marley is the most famous reggae singer. He popularized this style beyond Jamaica, reaching Europe.
Other groups in the 70’s like UB40 were also interested in reggae, and made great hits like “Red Red Wine”. Or Eddy Grant, very famous for his song Give me hope Johanna.

The Ragga is a mix beetwen reggae and rap.

Bob Marley
Robert Nesta "Bob" Marley, was born in 1945 in Jamaica. He was a singer, songwriter and musician. He was the guitarist and singer for the band Bob Marley & The Wailers . Marley mix different styles creating the reggae. He used social protest lyrics and he was inspired by the Rastafarian movement. His best hits include "No Woman, No Cry", "Could You Be Loved", "Stir It Up", "Jamming", "Redemption Song" and "One Love" . The album Legend (1984), released* three years after his death, is reggae's best-selling album, going ten times Platinum in the U.S.A, and selling 25 million copies.
